Kishibe Rohan, the protagonist of " Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe, " a popular manga series from Hirohiko Araki's "JOJO'S BIZARRE ADVENTURE Adventure," will appear on the cover of the special June issue of men's fashion magazine MEN'S NON-NO ( Men's Non-no ), which goes on sale May Getsuku. The cover is an original drawing by Araki, with the theme "Kishibe Rohan in Venice," and depicts a cloaked Kishibe Rohan and his partner, editor Izumi Kyoka, touring the Grand Canal in a gondola.
To commemorate the release of the live-action film "JoJo's Bizarre At a Confessional: Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe " on May 23rd, Kishibe Rohan graces the cover. The issue also features a special feature featuring Issei Takahashi Rohan in the live-action film, and Iitoyo Marie, who plays Izumi Kyoka. Titled "The Strange Relationship Between a Manga Artist and an Editor," the feature includes a fashion page featuring the two dressed in luxury brands, as well as a special conversation about each other's presence in the drama series and the highlights of the latest work. The issue also includes a passionate review of Kishibe Rohan by Takahashi, who goes so far as to say, "Rohan and I are now one and the same." The appendix is a fold-out pinup of Kishibe Rohan using the cover illustration.
"Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe" is a strange collection of memoirs of a manga artist, Rohan, who has the ability to turn people into books and "read" their memories and personalities, in which he writes down the stories he has seen and heard at various places he visited for interviews. The live-action drama and film starring Takahashi are also gaining popularity.
