The drama is set in Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture, and is the third season of the story that depicts the love between a TV station producer played by Koizumi and a city employee played by Nakai. The script was written by Yoshikazu Okada, who also wrote the first season in 2012 and the second season in 2014, and this work depicts the story 11 years after the second season.
Chiaki, Shoko, and Keiko are a trio of single people all 59 years old, who are always talking about what's going on in each other's lives.
In the second episode, Chiaki talks about the local doctor Naruse (Miura Tomokazu) at a girls' get-together. Keiko begs her, "I want to go there too. Tell me," but Chiaki refuses, saying, "I won't tell you. I'll never tell you!" When Keiko says, "It's better to share happiness," Chiaki frankly replies, "If you share it, it will decrease. It's my oasis!"
Chiaki began by saying, "When I say this, I may sound like a bit of an overly self-conscious woman, but I'm saying it because it's you guys," and then confessed, "There's something about it. I can feel it. The first time (Naruse) saw my face, he made a 'Huh?' or 'Startled' look, so I feel like he's kind of conscious of me."
Furthermore, Chiaki revealed that Naruse told her 12 times, "You're still young, Yoshino-san." The three were excited about Naruse, saying, "He's wonderful," "He's a good doctor," and "Yeeeees, I'm so excited," and then they were shown toasting happily, saying, "Family doctors are important!"
On social media, comments such as, "I really love the meal scenes between the three friends. That kind of relationship is great," "The atmosphere between the three friends at the girls' night out hasn't changed at all. It's the best," "The conversations at the girls' night out are so realistic, the script is great," and "It's fun to watch the conversations and fashion of the three friends. I especially love how Araki, played by Hiroko Moriguchi, is so cute and grown-up. She hasn't changed at all."
