Yamada Ryosuke from the popular group Hey! Say! JUMP will be appearing on the two-hour special of the talk variety show "Ueda and the Night the Women Howl" (Nippon TV), which will air on February 26th from 9:00 pm.
Yamada, a "property enthusiast," reveals, "I'm extremely knowledgeable about properties. I look at properties whenever I have free time. I know so much about them that if I'm told of their features, I can tell which apartment it is."
Yamada says that the one thing he always checks when moving is the ventilation duct. "This is an old story, but on the day I moved, I found out that there was a camera in the ventilation duct..." he confessed, and the studio erupted in surprise.
In addition, Yamada, who moves about once every two years, will reveal his particular preferences and various anecdotes about properties.
On this day, the talk will be divided into two sections, with each section focused on the themes of "indoor people vs. outdoor people" and "women who love property."
