It has been announced that a third season of the Hollywood live-action drama series "ONE PIECE," a popular manga by Eiichiro Oda currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha), will be produced. Footage from "INTO THE GRANDLINE," season 2, which will be released exclusively on Netflix in 2026, was also unveiled.
The released footage shows Rogue Town, Rivers Mountain (Twin Capes), Whiskey Peak, and Little Garden, and features eccentric characters such as Miss All Sunday (Lela Abova), vice president and commander-in-chief of the secret criminal company Baroque Works, Miss Wednesday (Charisra Chandran), and Smoker (Callum Kerr) of the Admiralty.
You can also see the giant Brogy (Brendan Murray), who towers over the ship, and the gigantic whale, Laboon. There are also battle scenes depicting Zoro's (Mackenyu) swordsmanship, Sanji's (Taz Skylar) martial arts, and Luffy's (Inaki Godoy) "Gomu Gomu no Gatling Gun."
The live-action drama will be produced by Hollywood's Tomorrow Studios, which is responsible for dramas such as "Cowboy Bebop" and "Snowpiercer," with the original author Oda participating as executive producer. Season 1 began streaming on Netflix in August 2023.
