The 17th episode of the popular detective drama "Aibou Season 23" (TV Asahi, Wednesdays at 9pm) titled "The Stolen Corpse" will be broadcast on February 26th. Kodai Matsuoka will be making a guest appearance.
The antisocial organization "Skull" repeatedly steals safes using illegal part-time jobs. The police organized a special unit to pursue the leader, known as "Yukichi," but they were unable to even find out his identity. Meanwhile, Ukyo (Yutaka Mizutani) and Kaoru (Yasuhito Terawaki) encounter a girl whose suitcase has been stolen.
When asked what happened, the girl says that her weakness had been exploited and she had been instructed to "carry" the body, but when she realized that the case contained a dead body, she fled. When she returned to the scene out of fear of retaliation, she was called out to by Ukyo and the others.
It was Yukichi who was giving the girl instructions. At the same time, a detective from the special unit who was pursuing Yukichi was kidnapped by someone. Furthermore, the detective's daughter was also held captive by a mysterious group.
Ukyo and Kaoru find out from the items left behind in the suitcase used to transport the body that the victim is most likely a member of an antisocial organization named Sumita (Matsuoka Kodai). The simultaneous occurrences of these crimes have a surprising connection...!
