Air traffic controllers sighed at the current situation, where they received calls from people regretting sending an ambulance, and posts on social media mocking ambulances for sending them out when they weren't needed. Kensuke Minowa (played by Ko Maehara) lamented, "I wonder if they'll develop an AI that can really determine whether an ambulance is really needed."
Takachiho, who had been listening to the story, nodded and said, "I understand. I totally get how you feel," but then admonished, "But there's no such thing, so we have no choice but to respond step by step. Besides, if you decide it's only a minor injury and don't call an ambulance, then if something were to happen, someone's life will be sacrificed. No matter how much you apologize, you can't get it back."
Takachiho then appealed to the controllers, "Even if we participate 100 times and 100 of them are in vain, we have no choice but to let them participate the 101st time. Nothing is more important than someone being safe."
Later, an incident occurred at the command center where they were being thrown into disarray by false reports, but Takachiho was shown to maintain his stance, saying, "Even if I participate 100 times and 100 times are in vain, I have no choice but to let them participate the 101st time."
On social media, the show was a hot topic, with comments such as "This week's 119 Emergency Call was great again! Nakamura Yuri was amazing!", "The boss played by Nakamura Yuri is a really great person," and "The section chief's consistent response was really cool."
