The third episode of the TBS drama series "Jigoku no Hate Made Tsureteiku" (Tuesdays at 11:56 p.m., except in some regions), starring the talent Nozomi Sasaki, was broadcast on January 28th. At the end of the episode, a scene was depicted in which popular influencer and pianist Reina Hanai (Nagisa Shibuya) expressed her anger, which caused a stir on social media.

In the third episode, Sachiko (Sasaki) gets hold of evidence of the murder committed by Reina. With the video she stole from Reina's father Minoru (Itao Itsuji), she can turn Reina in to the police. However, Sachiko's goal is to make Reina's life a living hell, and she is trying to carry out a plan to kill Reina's beloved daughter Kokoro (Shibata Haruno). While Reina, who has been selected as the image character for a natural cosmetics brand, is away from home on work, Sachiko tries to kill Kokoro, but fails.
Meanwhile, a video of a conversation between Reina and her manager Yuuki (played by Shizuya Yoshizawa) in which Reina seems to be disparaging the natural cosmetics brand is secretly filmed by Sachiko's accomplice Komi and circulated, resulting in a flood of anti-comments on Reina's social media. Reina pretends to be calm, but deep down she is accumulating stress. Then, as if to vent her frustrations, she goes on a rampage, beating a homeless man to a pulp with a deadly weapon... and so the story unfolds.
In the episode, Reina posts an apology video and repairs her relationship with her client. Then, at night, she visits her husband Makoto's (Yuki Inoue) flower shop and asks him when he'll be home so they can have dinner together, but the shop receives a large order and Makoto tells her to eat first. Reina acts cheerfully at the time, saying, "I see, that's a pity," but when Kokoro starts crying while cooking after she gets home, she coldly tells him, "Shut up, you're noisy." Reina then yells at Kokoro, who doesn't stop crying, "Shut up...Shut up...Shut up!", and in her anger, she smashes the ingredients in front of her with the knife she's holding.
Social media was horrified by Reina's words and actions. Comments such as "Reina's voice changes and it's too scary," "Full-blown psychopath," "Scary, scary, scary," "When she holds a knife in her hand, she's second to none," "I thought she only loved her daughter, but I underestimated her psychopathic nature," and "The ending was shocking" were posted.
