The second episode of the TV drama series "Ensemble" (Nippon TV, Saturday 10pm), starring actress Kawaguchi Haruna and co-starring Matsumura Hokuto of the popular group "SixTONES," was broadcast on January 25th, and the average viewership rating (according to Video Research, Kanto region, same below) was 5.9% for households and 3.3% for individuals.
The drama is a light-hearted and slightly sad legal love story about a "realistic" female lawyer, Sena Koyama (Kawaguchi), and an "idealistic" rookie lawyer, Yu Madohara (Matsumura), who take on various love trouble cases and apply the "lessons of love" they learn there to their own relationships.
In the second episode, Madohara, who was fired from his previous law firm, joins the Takanashi Law Firm. Sena teams up with Madohara and takes on a new case. The client is Kaneki Koji (Kaji Masaki), an office worker. The case involves him "claiming compensation for his wife Mayumi's (Aiki Reika) infidelity 10 years ago."
