The popular segment "Gourmet Chicken Race Gochi ni Narimasu! (Gochi Battle) 26" of the popular variety show "Guru Guru Ninety-Nine" on Nippon Television will begin on January 16th. Since Shintaro Moriyama of "Mitorizu" and comedian Yasuko were fired in the big settlement special at the end of last year, two new members will be joining the show.
In the hint video, one member refers to guest star Masaki Suda with the honorific "kun," while another member, who is "a beautiful woman who is extremely busy with movies and dramas," is revealed to have a hobby of making pickled vegetables.
On social media, names such as Kento Kaku, Mackenyu, Mio Imada Mio, and Wakana Matsumoto have been mentioned, but with Moriyama and Yasuko being fired, the "comedian slot" has been reduced by two, and there is also a rumor going around on social media that they are both comedians.
At the actual recording, the first new member waits wearing a toy poodle mask. Fuka Koshiba, sitting next to him, sees his uniform peeking through the gap in his cloak and announces, "He's a man." In addition, in a segment where the new member writes his New Year's resolutions in calligraphy, he unexpectedly shows off some intelligent calligraphy.
The other new member appeared wearing a mask and had black hair. From her dignified presence and clear eyes, she is said to be a very beautiful woman, and she herself gave hints such as "I look younger than my age" and "I'm single." Furthermore, she took out "pickled vegetables" that she is currently addicted to, and there was a scene where she cut up a cucumber with elegant knife skills.
