It was revealed on December 22nd that the Tokyo performance of Mone Kamishiraishi, who is active not only as an actress but also as a singer, will be held at Tokyo Garden Theater (Koto-ku, Tokyo) on February 2nd, 2025 as part of her ongoing "yattokosa Tour," and will be broadcast live exclusively on WOWOW.
The "Yattokosa Tour" is a tour that embodies Kamishiraishi's desire to "visit all of the prefectures," and this year marks the fourth consecutive year that the tour will be held. This time, the tour will cover 11 performances in a total of 10 locations, the most ever, including places she will visit for the first time (Aomori, Saga, Mie, Kyoto, Fukui, Kagawa, and Hiroshima).
This tour is strongly influenced by the worldview of her latest album "kibi," released in November, and just like the album, the concept is to "express the various scenes and subtle emotions that exist within the flow of time of a single day," and Kamishiraishi's attention to detail is reflected more than ever in the set list, stage equipment, and design.
The tour will feature standard songs other than those included in "kibi," as well as a singing project in which the "Musical Corner" that was well-received in the last tour has been transformed into a "London Corner" related to the city where the tour stayed for a long time this year, and a special project for each venue where songs related to the area are selected and performed. It will be exciting to see what songs they will sing in Tokyo.
The program, titled "Live Broadcast! Mone Kamishiraishi "yattokosa" Tour 2024-25《kibi》", will be broadcast live on WOWOW Live from 6pm on February 2, 2025, and streamed on WOWOW On Demand (archived streaming will be available for one week after the broadcast/streaming ends). In conjunction with the broadcast, the animated film "Your Name." and the film "Everything at Dawn", in which Kamishiraishi starred, are scheduled to be broadcast and streamed in February 2025.
