Shinjuku Anime Song Ranking Announced: "Bocchi the Rock!" Yusaku Band's New EP Tops the List; Long-selling Albums and Mini Albums Also Included

"Shinjuku Anime Song Scope" is a website where anime buyer Higuchi Sho from Tower Records Shinjuku, known for its wide selection of anime songs, reports on best-selling anime songs and the voices of the sales floor. The number one song at the store from November 3rd to 10th was the new EP "We will" by "Yuuzou Band", a band featured in the TV anime "Bocchi the Rock!", which is based on a four-panel manga by Hamaji Aki currently being serialized in "Manga Time Kirara MAX" (Houbunsha).

◇Last week's results

"We will", which took the top spot, is an EP produced for the live tour "Yuuzou Band ZEPP TOUR 2024 "We will"" that started in September, and the concept is that each member of "Yuuzou Band" in the near future brought their own demo and created it... The impressive lineup of songwriters has also been a hot topic, with songs written by Ishihara Shinya, vocalist of rock band Saucy Dog, Oki Nobuo, vocalist of ACIDMAN, Sato Chiaki, vocalist of Kinoko Teikoku, and 04 Limited Sazabys.

 From Yuuzoubando, their long-selling album Yuuzoubando ranked 9th and their mini-album Re: Yuuzoubando ranked 8th, showing their enduring popularity.

 In second place is "Strongest? The Best! Brave My Heart," the opening theme to "The Party's Expelled Healer, Actually the Strongest," sung by voice actress and singer Tachibana Hina, and in third place is "nina," the opening theme to the TV anime series "Nina in the Starry Kingdom," sung by voice actress and singer Sakamoto Maaya, both of which are theme songs for TV anime series starting in October.

In addition, "ReGLOSS," the first album by "ReGLOSS," a unit belonging to the female group "hololive DEV_IS" of the popular VTuber group "Hololive," debuted in 6th place. "Samurai Champloo Music Record "Departure," one of the four titles released as analog records, contains music from the anime "Samurai Champloo," directed by Shinichiro Watanabe, known for "Cowboy Bebop," and was ranked 10th.
