It has been announced that a collector's edition of Fujiko F. Fujio's medium-length manga "Memories of the Future" will be released by Shogakukan on December 25th. The work is a medium-length story that was serialized in "Big Comic" (same publisher) in 1991. The collector's edition will be a B5-sized hardcover that reproduces the colors from when it was first serialized. It comes with figures of Nandō Rihito and Zashiki Boy, who appear in the work. The price is 7,500 yen.

"Memories of the Future" was Fujiko's last series, excluding "Doraemon." It depicts the story of Nandō Rihito, a once-hit manga artist who is now struggling to make a name for himself, who travels back in time and starts his life over again.

In 1992, it was made into a movie directed by Morita Yoshimitsu, with Fujiko also starring as a fortune teller.
