Actor Koji Yamamoto will be a guest on the talk variety show "The World's Most Shocking News" (Nippon TV, Tuesdays at 9pm) which will air on August 19th.
The day's title is "Special: The Mystery of Girls Who Eat Big But Don't Gain Weight," and the video will reveal the secrets behind the bodies of girls who don't gain weight no matter how much they eat.
In the studio, guests talk about their eating habits, and Yamamoto, who normally controls his diet, reveals his particular dietary habits. At all-you-can-eat restaurants, he surprises everyone by explaining his unique style of "starting with the more expensive vegetables to get your body in shape," as well as his conscious "PFC balance."
He also revealed that he cooks for his family every day, "dividing it into three portions, one for my child, one for myself, and one for my wife," and the MC, Tsurube Shofutei, was so moved that he proposed to Yamamoto.
