On October 17th, Tatsuya Fukazawa of the popular group "Snow Man" appeared on stage to greet viewers at the preview screening of "Watashi no Takaramono" (Fuji TV, Thursdays at 10pm, the first episode extended by 15 minutes), a drama starring Matsumoto Wakana, which started on the same day, held in Tokyo. When asked about her treasure, Fukazawa shyly replied, "All the fans who support me."
The drama is a love-hate drama that depicts the fate of two men: the protagonist who makes the forbidden decision to "lay her eggs in a cage" and decides to become a villain to protect her precious treasure, her husband who is tossed about by the truth, and the man she loves. This is Matsumoto's first lead role in a serial drama on the same network. It is the third drama about marital taboos by producer Reiko Misao, who has worked on "Hirugao: Love Affairs in the Afternoon" (2014) and "Even if You Don't Do It" (2023).
Matsumoto plays Kanzaki Miu, a former employee of a large company who has become a full-time housewife. Miu becomes a "cuckoo wife" who gives birth to a child with a man other than her husband, falsely claiming it is her husband's child, and has her husband raise it. Tanaka Kei plays Miu's husband Hiroki, and Fukasawa plays Miu's childhood friend Fuyutsuki Ryo.
When Fukasawa was offered the role, she said, "I was really surprised because I never thought I would be offered an offer to star in an adult romance drama." She also revealed the reaction of the members of "Snow Man," saying, "They were really surprised. They were like, 'Fukasawa in an adult romance drama?'" and sent a message saying, "At the same time, I think everyone is looking forward to it, so I'm waiting for your thoughts!"
Matsumoto also appeared on stage to greet the audience. Tanaka made a comment via video. The show was hosted by Fuji TV announcer Mikami Mana.
