The 11th episode of Fuji TV's "Monday 9" drama series "The Beginning of the Sea" (Mondays at 9pm), starring Meguro Ren of the popular group "Snow Man", was broadcast on September 16th, and actress Imada Mio, who appeared in "My Favorite Flower" (2023), made a surprise appearance, which caused a stir.

"My Favorite Flower" is a collaboration between producer Murase Ken and screenwriter Ikukata Miku, who are also in charge of "The Beginning of the Sea", and Imada plays "Quattro Starring" alongside Tabe Mikako, Matsushita Kohei, and Kamio Fuju. Izumiya Sena, who plays Umi in "The Beginning of the Sea", played Yoyo's childhood in "My Favorite Flower".

In the fifth episode of "The Sea's Beginning," which aired on July 29th, Yayoi (Arimura Kasumi) visits "Snail," a hair salon where Miyuki Yoyo, played by Imada, works. Yoyo's senior hairdresser, Tanimoto Anri (Hamakawa Fumie), also makes an appearance, attracting attention.

In this episode, episode 11, Yayoi and Umi, who have become friends, visit "Snail," and Umi is shown looking pleased at the sight of Yoyo after getting her hair cut in the mirror. Hoshina and Imada co-star as "Double Yoyo," with Imada commenting, "I'm happy to be able to return to "Snail" as Yoyo again. Hoshina is as sparkly and cute as ever, and I was really touched." Hoshina also expressed her joy at the reunion, saying, "I had been hoping to meet Imada again, so I was really happy to meet him.
