Ito Sari stars in the NHK morning drama "Wings on a Tiger" (General TV, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. and others). On September 14th, we look back on the 24th week, "Can Three Women Ruin a Family?" (September 9-13).

"Wings on a Tiger" is an original story based on the life of Mibuchi Yoshiko (1914-1984), Japan's first female lawyer and later a judge. It is a legal entertainment that depicts the heroine and her friends carving out a path in difficult times and saving lost children and cornered women.

In 1969, the student movement intensifies. Kaoru (Ikeda Akana), the daughter of Hyangsook (Ha Yeon-soo), who is involved in an incident, is arrested. Meanwhile, Yone (Doi Shiori) and Todoroki (Tozuka Junki) are in charge of the defense of Miiko (Ishibashi Natsumi), who is accused of parricide. In the first trial, the judge gives a leniency verdict and waives the sentence, but...

Takigawa (Takito Kenichi), who is ill and devoting himself to treatment, is concerned about the growing calls for "harsher punishment of juvenile crimes."

With his last bit of strength, Takigawa tries to deliver a letter of opinion opposing the revision of the juvenile law to Katsuraba (Matsuyama Kenichi), but he runs out of strength.

Kuto (Sawamura Kazuki) tells Katsuraba that Takigawa has "just passed away." As Kuto hands him a piece of manuscript paper with "Regarding the revision of the juvenile law" written on it, Katsuraba is greeted by a "healthy Takigawa" who says, "I'm counting on you, Katsuraba," and laughs loudly... and so the story unfolds.
