Uta☆Pri：New movie "TABOO NIGHT XXXX" to be released on May 9, 2025, featuring QUARTET NIGHT's live performance and new single

It has been announced that the new movie in the popular anime series "Uta no Prince-sama Maji LOVE" will be titled "Uta no Prince-sama Taboo Night XXXX" and will be released on May 9, 2025. It will depict a live performance by the hugely popular senior idol group "QUARTET NIGHT." It was also announced that QUARTET NIGHT's new single "TABOO NIGHT XXXX" will be released on December 25. The cover illustration was also released, showing the members wearing black and white thief-style outfits and holding roses in their image color.

To commemorate the release of the new movie, a stage greeting will be held at the National Hall of Pacifico Yokohama (Nishi-ku, Yokohama) on May 11, 2025. Morikubo Shoutarou, who plays Suwa Reiji, Suzuki Tatsuhisa, who plays Kurosaki Ranmaru, Aoi Shouta, who plays Mikaze Ai, and Maeno Tomoaki, who plays Camus, will be on stage.

The "Uta☆Prince-sama" series is based on a popular game. The TV anime was broadcast for four seasons from 2011 to 2016, depicting the growth of a male idol and a rookie composer. Related CDs have sold over 5 million copies.

The anime "Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ Maji LOVE Starish Tours," released in September 2022, was a hit, grossing 2.4 billion yen and attracting an audience of over 1.5 million people.
