It was revealed on the 4th that a two-hour special program "All-Star Dream Collaboration! Ninomiya Kazunari x Medalist Ultimate Two-Choice Show! THE High & Low" will be broadcast live from 7pm on September 15th before the final episode of "Black Pean Season 2," a drama starring Ninomiya Kazunari that is currently airing on TBS's "Sunday Theater" slot (Sundays at 9pm).

A star-studded cast including Ninomiya will be appearing live on the special program. Special guests and program details will be revealed in a preview during the 9th episode broadcast on September 8th. Program plans and cast members will be announced in the future.

In the 9th episode, Amagi (Ninomiya) has had a heart condition since childhood and finally collapses. Saeki (Uchino Masaaki) performs the surgery and proceeds with the operation together with Sera (Takeuchi Ryoma), but the only way to save Amagi is to perform both direct anastomosis and the Saeki method at the same time, and he is in a desperate situation... Meanwhile, Amagi's twin brother, Tokai (Ninomiya, playing two roles), appears in the operating room. When Saeki asks him if he can perform direct anastomosis, Tokai smiles and says, "I won't do it. It's like a gamble." Will Amagi's life be saved?

Furthermore, the reason why Amagi performs chance samples (choices between two options) during operations, the origins of direct anastomosis, and his sad past are revealed. What is the hidden past of the Black Pean...?

In episode 9, Ranzu Tomu, who played Shigeno Asami in episode 2, and Horikoshi Reika, who played his daughter Shigeno Yui, make a reappearance. In episode 9, a bulge is found in Yui's left main coronary artery and she is hospitalized at Tojo University. Amagi is in a condition where she needs to undergo direct anastomosis... The original work is "Blaze Scalpel 1990" and "Surijie Center 1991" (Kodansha Bunko) by Kaido Takeru, who is known for the "Team Batista's Glory" series. In season 1, Ninomiya played Tokai Seijiro, a genius surgeon known as the "devil of the operating room," but in season 2 he plays Amagi Yukihiko, a world-renowned expert in coronary artery bypass surgery and a money-grubber known as the "Diable (the Devil)."
