A snippet of the film's footage has been released for the movie " Kowloon Generic Romance " (directed by Chihiro Ikeda, scheduled for release on August 29th), starring actors Riho Yoshioka and Koshi Mizukami . The footage hints at the beginning of love between Reiko (Yoshioka) and Kudo (Mizukami).
The series is a mystery love romance that began serialization in Weekly Young Jump (Shueisha) in November 2019. Reiko Kujirai, who works at a real estate agency in the nostalgic city of Kowloon, has a crush on her senior colleague, Kudo Hatsu. When she comes across a photo, she discovers that Kudo once had a fiancé who looks just like her... As lost memories, the true identity of her other self, and a huge secret hidden in the city of Kowloon intertwine, love will unravel the secrets of the past, present, and future.
