It was announced on November 21st that the title of the NHK Asadora drama series for the first half of 2027 will be "Mawaru Swan," with actor Misato Morita playing the lead role. The script was written by comedian Bakarhythm. This was revealed at a press conference announcing the production and lead roles held at the NHK Broadcasting Center in Shibuya, Tokyo on the same day.
The Asadora currently airing is " Bakebake " starring Akari Takaishi . In the first half of 2026, " Kaze,Kaoru " starring Ai Mikami and Juri Kosaka will air, and in the second half of 2026, " Blossom " starring Shizuka Ishibashi will air.
