It has been revealed that actress Fumi Nikaido will be appearing in a new commercial for Tokyu Real Estate. The impressive footage shows Nikaido wearing accessories made from Palauan shells, swinging in a hammock on a white sandy beach.
In the new commercial, "TOKYU FUDOSAN: All Out for the Environment - Coexistence with Nature," Nikaido wakes up from a sleepy hammock on a sandy beach in Palau. When she looks to her side, she sees "Fudosan," a badger character who has been waiting for her to wake up. While opening a scrapbook, "Fudosan" conveys to Nikaido the message left by Tokyu Real Estate's first president, Noboru Goto, during the development of Palau Pacific Resort: "Don't build a building taller than a palm tree."
Nikaido reflected on the filming, saying, "It was a very pleasant experience being able to shoot with Fudo in the pleasant natural surroundings. I've worked with the team many times before, so it was nice to see them again after such a long time. We started with me sleeping in a hammock, and the director told me the situation, saying things like, 'Fudo is around here,' and 'Fudo will wake up here,' so it was a fun shoot that really got my imagination going."
