The 4K digitally remastered version of the film "The Fall" will be released on November 21st, and the trailer has been released.
"The Fall" was a film completed by director Tarsem, the "visual magician" known for his work on films such as "The Cell," after 26 years of planning and four years of filming. The costumes were designed by the late Eiko Ishioka, a world-renowned creator who won an Academy Award for Best Costume Design for Francis Ford Coppola's "Dracula" and was also responsible for the costumes for the opening ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympics, directed by Zhang Yimou. The 4K digital remaster adds new scenes that were cut from the original theatrical release.
The main character, stuntman Roy, is seriously injured in an accident during a movie shoot and is hospitalized and lying in bed. One day, he is visited by Alexandria, a five-year-old girl who was hospitalized after falling from a tree and breaking her arm. Since Roy is unable to move, he begins to tell the girl a random adventure story in order to get her to bring him suicide pills from the pharmacy.
