[Video] TWICE Sana reveals the secret to her beautiful body in a super mini dress

Sana, a member of the nine-member Asian girl group TWICE, attended the brand information session for inner beauty brand NE:AR held in Tokyo on September 18th. Wearing a white ultra-mini dress that accentuated her body lines, Sana revealed the secret to her "Sana body."

Sana said, "I usually try to drink as much water as possible, but I'm currently on a world tour, so I make sure to drink it when I'm rehearsing or first thing in the morning when I wake up." She added, "I make sure to eat carbohydrates before exercising, and then move my body to make up for the amount I've eaten, and then relax after moving...that's my routine."

When asked if Sana sometimes overeats with autumn approaching, she nodded shyly and said, "I've been really into bread lately, and when I toast bread, I eat one slice and then want another. I'm worried about swelling, so I try to balance it out by letting it digest before massaging it." She also revealed her favorite way to eat it, saying, "I put jam on butter. I have strawberry jam."
