NHK's morning information program " Asaichi " (NHK General, Monday-Friday 8:15 AM), hosted by the comedy duo "Hakata Hanamaru-Daikichi" and announcer Naoko Suzuki, will air a Caster on Getsuku titled "Exciting! Happy Techniques: One Serving Just by Microwaving! Frozen Bento Boxes."
The program that day featured "frozen bento boxes." "I don't feel like cooking today..." That's when frozen bento boxes, ready to eat with just a microwave, come in handy. They're becoming increasingly popular, both commercially available and homemade, as a meal to support busy days, not just lunchtime. The program will introduce tips for making frozen bento boxes at home, ways to maintain flavor, and hygiene points for safe transport.
Once a week, I make several of the same bento boxes and stock them in the freezer. When I feel like I can't eat anymore, the ease of just microwaving them is my lifesaver! I'll introduce how to make delicious frozen bento boxes and how to carry them around. In addition, there will be a live broadcast from Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture. In the "Everyone!
