WOWOW is exclusively broadcasting live the UEFA Champions League, the football tournament that determines Europe's number one club. Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan have advanced to the 2025-26 season final, which will be held at the Pushkás Arena in Budapest, Hungary.
WOWOW, in collaboration with Aeon Entertainment, will be broadcasting the final match between Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal, which kicks off at 1:00 AM (Japan time) on May 31st, live at 37 Aeon Cinemas nationwide. At Aeon Cinema Itabashi (Itabashi-ku, Tokyo), WOWOW's soccer commentator, Ryohei Hayashi, who is highly regarded for his tactical analysis, will provide live commentary. Former Japan national team forward Yoichiro Kakitani has been confirmed as a guest. Following the semi-final, the live commentary and audio from Aeon Cinema Itabashi will be available at Aeon Cinemas nationwide.
At Aeon Cinema Itabashi, the doors will open at midnight on May 31st, the event will begin at 12:30 AM, and kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 AM. The price is 5000 yen at Aeon Cinema Itabashi and 4000 yen at other locations. Tickets are on sale now.
