The popular light novel "I Started Being the Strongest Witch in the World ~I'll Live Freely in a World Where Only I Can See 'Strategy Guides'~," written by Sakaki Mochimaru and illustrated by riritto, will be adapted into a TV anime and will begin airing in October. Furuta Joji will direct, Yonemura Shoji will handle series composition, and Morimoto Yufuki will be in charge of character design. Bridge and Isle will produce the animation. It has also been announced that Azusa Tachibana will voice the main character, Rona.
"I Started Being the World's Strongest Witch" tells the story of Rona, a girl who is banished after manifesting the weakest skill, but whose true nature is an SSS-rank cheat skill called "Internet," which allows her to freely search the world's "strategy guides" and modern knowledge. Using this ultimate power, she embarks on adventures around the world. The light novel is published by SQEX Novels (Square Enix), and a manga version by Tamaki Toga is serialized in "Tsuki Maga Kichi" (Kodansha).

I'm Azusa Tachibana, and I'll be playing the role of Lorna. Lorna is the "strongest witch" with the uniquely powerful ability to use the internet in a world where it doesn't exist. Being able to access a wiki on how to navigate life makes her undeniably the strongest witch. I was always excited to see what would happen during each recording session and what interesting people I would meet, and I felt like I was on a fun solo journey just like her.
