The "Kamen Rider 55th Anniversary Announcement Event," which announced future developments and new projects for the "Kamen Rider" series, which is celebrating its 55th anniversary this year, was held in Tokyo on April 3rd. The event featured announcements about the global reception of the currently airing "Kamen Rider Zeztz" (TV Asahi, Sundays at 9am) and new information.
This series is the first in its history to be broadcast and streamed in various Asian countries and the United States. According to Toei producer Yosuke Minato, it is being simultaneously released in 14 regions worldwide, and he mentioned that it surpassed 4.5 million views in China within 48 hours of its release. He also revealed that it has begun airing in the Middle East for the first time in the series' history.
The new cast members announced include Hiroaki Hirata as Catastrophe Gore Nightmare, Jun Fukuyama as Punish Gore Nightmare, Saori Hayami as Phantom Gore Nightmare, and Junko Takeuchi as Oblivion Gore Nightmare, a star-studded lineup of voice actors. Furthermore, it was revealed that Koichi Yamadera , who is in charge of the system voice for the Zeztz Driver, will also be appearing in the main story in a "very important role."
He also mentioned the double feature film " Kamen Rider Zeztz& Super Space Sheriff Gavan Infinity Double Hero Summer Movie 2026" (July 24th), which will be released alongside "Super Space Sheriff Gavan Infinity" (Sundays at 9:30 AM). He described it as an "exciting spy action" film and said, "Standing in their way is a formidable enemy who invades the real world with daydreams and tries to turn Zeztz into an enemy of the entire nation. In this extreme situation where people are tossed about between dreams and reality, Zeztz will have to face the fate of a desperate precognitive dream from which he cannot escape."
The biggest point of interest is highlighted as "a miraculous joint battle between Kamen Rider Zeztz and Nox." It was explained that "these two, who have sometimes clashed due to differing beliefs, now stand side by side, relying on each other's backs to change the worst possible future that is looming."
