It has been announced that WOWOW will broadcast and stream a two-month special commemorating the 40th anniversary of singer-songwriter Toshinobu Kubota's debut, starting in May. His 40th anniversary concert, held on March 28th and 29th, will also be broadcast and streamed.
On May 12th at 7 PM, WOWOW Live and WOWOW On Demand will broadcast and stream "Keep On Dancing Tour 1988," Kubota's first live performance at the National Yoyogi First Gymnasium in 1988. On the same day at 8:30 PM, they will broadcast and stream the Tokyo International Forum performance from "Toshinobu Kubota Concert Tour 'Timeless Fly 2010'," which took place in 2010.
In June, following the hall tour "40th Anniversary Tour 2025-26 “Big up!”" which took place from September of last year to January of this year across 30 locations and 35 performances nationwide, the broadcast and streaming will feature footage from the arena tour "Big up! “Supreme”", held as the culmination of his 40th anniversary year, specifically the live performance at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo in March.
