31-year-old singer Aina the End will make her first appearance on Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), airing on March 25th at 1 PM.
Last year was a breakthrough year for her, including her first solo appearance on NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen. She says that dancing, which she started as a child to make the most of her restlessness, has always been a source of support for her. On the program, she performs a dance despite being bewildered by Kuroyanagi's unreasonable requests.
Her mother is always cheerful and energetic, even humming her own songs while doing housework, and she says that she inherited the best qualities from both of her parents to become who she is today. Aspiring to be a singer, she moved to Tokyo from Osaka at the age of 18 after graduating from high school. At the time, she was struggling and living a difficult life as an underdog. There were times when she wanted to give up on her dream and return to Osaka. However, there are also moments when she is moved to tears by messages from her parents, who have always watched over her.
