Episode 23, "The Proposal," of the TV anime "IAnyway, I'm Falling in Love with You," based on the manga by Haruka Mitsui serialized in the monthly shojo manga magazine "Nakayoshi" (Kodansha), will air on TBS and other channels from late night on March 19th.
Mizuho's father collapses and is rushed to Shin's hospital. Mizuho is shaken by the sudden turn of events, but Shin encourages her, assuring her that he will be there for the surgery and everything will be alright. Shin, who decided to become a doctor when Mizuho's mother died from illness and has been working hard for Mizuho ever since, heads to the operating room.
The series began serialization in Nakayoshi in December 2020. The final chapter was published in the March issue of the magazine on February 3rd, bringing its approximately six-year run to a close. It's a school-life coming-of-age story depicting the heart-pounding romance and youth of the protagonist, Mizuho, who grew up in a seaside town, and her unique childhood friends, Terutsuki, Shin, Ai, and Shugo. The second season of the TV anime is currently airing on TBS and other channels.
