Popular YouTuber Yuta Kajiwara, also known as "Kajisac" and a member of the comedy duo "King Kong," and his eldest daughter, model Kanna Kajiwara, appeared at the "42nd Mynavi Tokyo Girls Collection (TGC) 2026 SPRING/SUMMER" fashion event held at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium No. 1 (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo) on March 14th. This marked the first time the father and daughter had appeared together at an event.
The two appeared on a special collaboration stage between the movie "Poupelle of Chimney Town : The Clock Tower of Promise" (released March 27th), which is based on a story and executive produced by Kajiwara's partner, Nishino Akihiro, and the apparel brand "ecmile." Nishino also appeared on this day, and the event began with a "narration" by Nishino.
Then, Nishino introduced the two, saying, "My dear friend and his daughter will be gracing the runway," and Yuta appeared in a vibrant red suit, while Kano Nagisa wore a dress made from scrap materials. The mini-dress that Kano Nagisa was wearing, which highlighted her beautiful legs, transformed into a dress with a long train midway down the runway.
During the talk after the runway show, Yuta gave a wry smile when Kanae pointed out that he had been nervous. Looking around the venue, he said, "It was like a wedding. There were so many attendees (laughs)," which drew laughter from the audience.
TGC is a fashion event held twice a year since 2005, with the theme of "Bringing Japanese girls' culture to the world." Many models, actors, and idols appear at the event, and this time Elaiza Ikeda and Sae Okazaki will be among those appearing.
