The 7th episode of "Detective Precure!", the 23rd installment of the popular anime "Precure" series, titled "Oh no! The school is a maze!?", will air on ABC TV and TV Asahi on March 15th at 8:30 AM.
Mikuru asks the school principal, and Anna also begins attending Makoto Mirai Academy. She reveals to her classmates, who approach her in a friendly manner, that she is a detective, and together with Mikuru, they hand out business cards for the Cure Detective Agency. Pochitan had also come along, hiding in her bag, but his identity as a Pretty Cure was kept a secret.
During recess, Anna is surprised by the size of the school building as she walks down the corridor to move to a different classroom. She and Mikuru were supposed to be heading to the science lab, but when they open the classroom door, they somehow end up in the gymnasium. It turns out to be a "mechanical maze" created by Goemon, who was waiting for them. Goemon snaps his finger, and a hole opens up beneath their feet, sending them falling into a science lab in another dimension. Realizing they can't get out unless they find the key, Anna and Mikuru begin searching for clues to get the key.
The motif of "Detective Precure!" is "detective," and the theme is "seeing, feeling, and thinking for yourself to find the 'real' answer." The main characters are girls who work as detectives with the desire to "help people in need," and guided by a mysterious power, the main character time-slips from the present day of 2027 to 1999. A story of new encounters, friendships, and growth for the Precure transcends time.
Hikari Chiga as Cure Answer/Anna Akechi, Kaede Hondo as Cure Mystic/Mikuru Kobayashi, and Nao Toyama as Cure Arcana Shadow/Aruru Mori will appear. The mysterious Pretty Cure Cure Eclair, whose true identity is unknown, will also make an appearance.
