The seventh episode of the drama series " Sounds of Winter " (NTV, Wednesdays at 10 PM), starring actress Hana Sugisaki , aired on March 4th. The episode included a scene in which Yukio (Ryo Narita), the boyfriend of novelist Fumina Tsuchida ( Ryo Narita), is invited to dinner by Sae (Shiori Kubo), a colleague at the beauty salon, which sparked a stir on social media.

In episode 7, Kobayashi Erhu (Yanagi Shuntaro) passes away, and after the funeral, Fumina talks with Yamada (Uchibori Taro) about life and death, creative writing, and various other topics. When Fumina talks about the last time she saw Erhu, Yamada tells her, "I'm sure Kobayashi was very happy."
Later, Fumina visits her boyfriend Yukio's house. The kind Yukio makes her pot-au-feu, thinking she must be tired. Fumina worries about betraying Yukio, and consults Yamada again.
Then, En-chan (Nouchi Maru), worried about Fumina's condition, contacts Maki (Sara Shida) to ask for advice...and so the story unfolds.
Towards the end of the story, as Yukio is hanging out towels in the store after hours, his coworker Sae, who is cleaning, invites him out, saying, "Would you like to go out for a quick meal? I'll ask, if you'd like." When Yukio asks, "What?", Sae thinks for a moment, "I wonder..." and then smiles, "What can I ask you? I wonder." Watching Sae, Yukio replies, "Let's go, a quick meal," and the two leave the store and head out to eat.
The exchange between Yukio and Sae at the end became a hot topic on social media, with comments such as "Is there a new development for Yukio too?", "A woman's shadow has appeared around Yukio", "It's a rather ominous ending...", "Wait a minute, is Kubo going to show up here...", "I have a feeling things are going to get a little complicated", and "Is it just my imagination that I have a bad feeling about this?"
