It has been revealed that a new show, Friday Mystery Club!!! (Nippon TV, Fridays at 7pm) will be broadcast from April as a successor to the variety show Nino-san, which ended in February. Kazunari Ninomiya and Nobu from Chidori will be regular guests on this "new thought-provoking variety show," and Nobu, who will be the "host" of the club, has said, "We will show Nino as much as possible, so Arashi fans, please look forward to it. Thank you!"
"Friday Mystery Club," which aired as a special program last November, has been made into a regular program. Quiz questions are asked about mysterious events from around the world, and participants try to deduce the truth behind the mysteries by watching actual footage and reenactments. Nobu, who will be continuing to appear from the special, will preside over the club, and Ninomiya will be a new regular member representing the club. They will explore the mystery together with guests who appear every week.
Ninomiya said, "I enjoyed the special program as one of the viewers, and now that it's become a regular program, I'm looking forward to participating together with everyone watching and thinking about the mystery. I want to solve the mystery sometimes boldly, sometimes from the same perspective as everyone, and have fun doing it. I hope you will all take part. Thank you very much."
"Friday Mystery Club!!!" is scheduled to air every Friday at 7:00 p.m. starting April 17th.
◇Comments are as follows
-What were your thoughts when you heard that it would be a regular broadcast?
Nobu: Even though they've only aired the special once, Nippon Television made a bold decision and took a big gamble on a fierce Friday night at 7pm! In fact, it feels good. I was imagining 30 people taking on 40,000 Tokugawa soldiers, and then Nino, a huge reinforcement, showed up! It's like I was wondering, "Nobu, will 30 people be enough?" when suddenly, an army of 80,000 showed up. I hope to enjoy it without feeling intimidated.
Ninomiya: I was really happy to appear on the special program that Nobu-san aired! I haven't had much experience working with Nobu-san, and this is the first time we've appeared together as main cast members every week, so I thought it would be a fresh experience and participated in the program. As Nobu-san said, there are so many fascinating programs out there, and I hope that we can work together as a team with the staff to create something that's just fun.

Nobu: Well, Nino is already so busy with the drama, the movie, and preparations for Arashi's final concert, so I really hope that he can at least relax and enjoy the recording of this program. But at the same time, I'm thinking, "Can we really not meet this much?" lol Our schedules don't line up so much, so today we're recording our comments one by one, but I just want to see Nino soon. lol
Ninomiya: (Responding to Nobu's comment) I guess it means, "Nobu, you're the one who's busy! I'm counting on you!" I heard you said something like "Nino is busy" earlier, but you're right! lol Nobu and I are close in age, and I think we've seen and listened to a lot of the same things, and I'm always grateful that he cares so much about Arashi. It may be selfish, but I feel like we're close, so I'm really happy that we can perform together properly in this way for the first time.
--Finally, to the viewers
Ninomiya: I enjoyed the special program as one of the viewers, and now that I'm participating as a regular, I'd like to join in the discussions together with everyone watching, and I want to solve the mystery sometimes boldly, sometimes from the same perspective as everyone, and have fun doing it. I hope you'll join in. Thank you.
Nobu: I'd like to make this a long-running program that people will say, "Friday Mystery Club at 7pm!!!" Interesting mystery riddles! Highly entertaining re-enactment videos! I'd also like to show the chemistry that occurs in the studio. I think there will be many mysteries that everyone watching at home can solve together, so please look forward to it. And we'll be showing Nino as much as possible, so Arashi fans should definitely look forward to it. Thank you!
