NHK's special drama "Omoi," starring actress Mana Ashida, will be broadcast for two consecutive nights on March 26th and 27th, and the main visual has been released.
The drama is an original story of unrequited love that depicts the joy and happiness of unrequited love, written by screenwriter Yoshikazu Okada, known for his work on the network's morning drama series "Churasan" and "Hiyokko." Amane Okayama will play the role of Ashida's unrequited love interest.
The main visual was photographed by Kawashima Kotori and designed by Oshima Itia. It captures the gentle atmosphere flowing between Yui (Ashida) and Kenji (Okayama) during a break in filming in Morioka, expressing the wonderful world of unrequited love.
The drama will be broadcast on NHK General TV at 10pm on March 26th and 27th.
