A special video featuring the theme song "Fumetsu no Anata ni Season 3" by the three-member unit Perfume and the third season of the TV anime "To Your Eternity," based on the manga by Yoshitoki Oima, known for "A Silent Voice," has been released on YouTube. The video centers around the irreplaceable encounters and partings between Fushi and the people around him, and condenses the epic story that continues from the "Previous Life Arc" depicted in Seasons 1 and 2 to the "Present Life Arc" depicted in Season 3.
"To Your Eternity" is a manga that was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha) from October 2016 to June 2025. The story follows Fushi, who has the ability to transform into the form of anything that stimulates him and to regenerate even after death, as he transforms from a ball to a pebble, a wolf, and a boy, learning about life skills and emotions from the people he meets and growing as a person.
Season 1 of the TV anime aired on NHK Educational TV from April to August 2021, and Season 2 from October 2022 to March 2023. Season 3 is currently airing on NHK General TV every Saturday at 11:45 pm. The series is currently on hiatus due to the 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympics, but is scheduled to resume with episode 17, which will air on February 28th. Season 3 consists of 22 episodes.
