NHK morning drama "Bakeke" starring Akari Takaishi (General TV, Monday to Saturday 8:00 am and others). On February 14th, we will look back on the 19th week, "Wakareru, Shimasu." (February 9th to 13th).
"Bakeke" is the 113th morning drama. Based on the story of Lafcadio Hearn and his wife Setsu, the story follows a couple, with a heroine who loves ghost stories, as they go about their everyday lives together with their foreign husband.
In the 19th week, the turmoil that befell the Matsuno family comes to an end, and Toki (Takaishi) and Heaven (Tommy Bastow) begin to live their peaceful daily lives again.
However, Heaven suddenly declares that she wants to leave Matsue, saying, "Matsue, winter, hell. Let's go away." Toki, who cannot agree or accept this, resists, but Heaven asks her family, including Tsukasasuke (Takashi Okabe), Fumi (Chizuru Ikewaki), Kan'emon (Fumiyo Kohinata), and Tae (Keiko Kitagawa), if they want to leave Matsue with her.
Meanwhile, Nishikori (Yoshizawa Ryo) continues to try every possible way to get Heaven to stay in Matsue. Eventually, Toki learns Heaven's true feelings and decides to leave Matsue and go to Kumamoto. Nishikori then confesses to his students that he never graduated from the Imperial University and doesn't even have a teaching license. He handed over the position of Matsue Junior High School's next principal to Shoda (Hama Shogo).
On the day that Toki, Heaven and the others were leaving Matsue, Nishikori, unable to see them off, was alone in his room, opening Heaven's diary of her stay in Japan, when suddenly he began coughing...
