Actor Hikaru Takahashi appeared on the official Instagram account (@tanteisan_ex) for the TV drama "Detective-san, Your Backpack is Open" (Fridays at 11:15pm *excluding some areas).
On Instagram, she wrote, "Reiwa Yankee VS Sengoku Samurai," and "Which is scarier?", along with a clipped video of the scene in which the foul-mouthed poster girl, Sakai Aoi (Takahashi), loses her temper at Anayama Kosuke (Mikawa Yusa), a Sengoku boy who has traveled back in time, saying, "I don't know who you are or where you're from, but I'm not making any money from you. Go home now." She also said, "Are you going to do it?! Don't mess with me! I don't have the money to give to other people! Get out of here!"
Comments on this post include, "Hikaru's angry acting is the best," "She's cute even when she's angry," "Hikaru's acting is great!!," "The contrast with her smile is the best," and "Hikaru's scary, but cute."
The drama is a heartwarming mystery that star Ryuhei Matsuda himself was involved in from the planning stage, teaming up with screenwriter and director Shuichi Okita. Set in the small rural town of Nishigaya Onsen, the story follows detective and inventor Yosuke Ichinose (played by Matsuda) as he solves a succession of strange requests in a relaxed manner, a heartwarming story that will leave you laughing and crying.
