The fourth episode of the drama series "Reunion: Silent Truth" (TV Asahi, Tuesdays at 9 PM), starring actor Ryoma Takeuchi, will air on February 3rd. The drama is a film adaptation of Yokoseki Dai's novel "Reunion" (Kodansha), which won the 56th Edogawa Rampo Prize (2010), starring Takeuchi. Four classmates share a "secret" that they buried the gun used in a crime under a cherry tree during their elementary school days. 23 years later, Junichi (Takeuchi), who has become a detective, reunites with his first love, Iwamoto Makiko (Inoue Mao), one of the four, only to find that she has become a suspect in a new murder case. This heartbreaking human love mystery begins with a fateful reunion.
In episode 4, is the new murder case a case of collaboration between Makiko (Inoue Mao) and Keisuke (Seto Koji), a former married couple? Was it Keisuke who dug up the murder weapon? Following eyewitness testimony from the night before the incident, Junichi (Takeuchi) questions Keisuke about the truth. Meanwhile, detective Minami Ryo (Eguchi Noriko), who has begun sniffing around without his partner Junichi's knowledge, obtains shocking new evidence that has never been uncovered before.
And finally, he decides to voluntarily accompany a certain person...
