Misa Eto, a former member of the idol group Nogizaka46, appeared as a guest on the Abema information variety show Secret Mama Garden 2 (Sundays at 9pm), which aired on February 1st.
In response to a viewer's question, "What should we do to create a living environment that takes into consideration the children's rooms?", Eto revealed that "we have a children's room where everyone can play together," and confessed about her unconventional child-rearing environment, saying, "It's a room with bouldering and a parallel bars," and "We can exercise there even on rainy days."
MC Makiko Takizawa revealed that she had created a room for each of her three children, but said, "We hardly ever use them. I realized we didn't need them, so I got rid of the things that separated the three rooms," referring to the vast layout in which she had "punched out three rooms."
Fellow MC Minami Minegishi chimed in, saying, "Their standard of living is so high that it's not really helpful," which caused laughter in the studio.
