Tomio Umezawa appears on "Tetsuko's Room" broadcast on January 29th

Actor Tomio Umezawa and singer Naoko Ken will appear on Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast at 1pm on January 29th. They say they are each other's only "best friends" in the entertainment industry.

Umezawa, who never performs onnagata on television, will dance as a female impersonator to celebrate the show's 50th anniversary next week, which Kuroyanagi is very touched by.
