NHK's music program "Utacon" (General), which will be broadcast from 7:57 pm on January 20th, will feature a collaboration project with the NHK Asadora drama "Bakebake" (General, Monday to Saturday 8 am and others).
The program, titled "Bakebake Collaboration & Winter Songs Special," will feature a special arrangement of the "Bakebake" theme song, "Waratari Korondari," by husband-and-wife duo Humbert Humbert. The heroines, Akari Takaishi, Tommy Bastow, and Takashi Okabe, will appear in interviews and talk about their "recommended winter songs."
On stage, a special feature will be performed on classic winter songs in honor of this day of "Daikan."Ayako Fuji will sing "Yuki Fuka Fuka" and Itsuki Hiroshi will sing "Sasameyuki." Furthermore, Miyama Hiroshi and Morning Musume '26 will perform "Kitakaze Kozo no Kantaro," a song beloved by people of all ages on "Minna no Uta." Nizuma Seiko will perform "Pechika ~ Fuyugeshiki" as a medley of winter nursery rhymes and songs.
Furthermore, Yudai Takenaka, the vocalist of the rock band "Novelbright," will cover Seiko Matsuda's "Akai Sweet Pea," a classic song that will make you think of the long-awaited spring. His singing voice is creating a buzz in Korea and other Asian countries, so keep an eye out.
In the second half of the program, Uemura Emiko will perform "Osaka Love Letter," a song in Osaka dialect in which she sings about her feelings for a loved one, Miyama will perform "Flowers and Samurai" while singing and playing the drums, Morning Musume '26 will perform "Watashi no Lamentazione," and Itsuki will perform "VIVA・LA・VIDA! ~It's Good to Be Alive!~," written by Nakanishi Rei, with hopes for the new year.
