It has been announced that popular cosplayer Enako will be appearing in the drama series "Tokyo PD Metropolitan Police Department Public Relations Division 2" (Fuji TV, Tuesdays at 9pm), which begins on January 13th. Enako will play Kizaki Nanae, a victim who becomes embroiled in an incident in episodes 3 and 4. She will be an important character who holds the key to the story, and Enako commented, "It's my first time playing this character, and there are scenes where I appear almost without makeup. Some people may be surprised that I look so different from my usual image, but that's how much I put into the role. I hope everyone will watch it."
"Tokyo PD: Metropolitan Police Department Public Relations Division 2" is a socially conscious police drama with an entirely original story starring Sota Fukushi. It depicts the pride and dignity, conflict and struggle between the Metropolitan Police Department's public relations department and the detectives on the scene. For certain reasons, Imaizumi Rintaro (Fukushi) was supposed to be assigned to the First Investigation Division, but ends up being sent to the Second Public Relations Division. Also appearing in the Naoto Ogata are Naoto Ogata, Ai Yoshikawa, Bokuzo Masana, Terunosuke Takezai, and Rina Ota.
Shuto Inomata of the popular group "timelesz" will also appear in episodes 3 and 4. Inomata will play the criminal Reisuke Kawabata, who toyed with the detectives of the First Investigative Division.
