The first season of the TV anime aired from October to December 2020, and the second season from April to June 2022. A new episode, the original video animation (OVA), "Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club NEXT SKY," was released in theaters in June 2023. The first chapter of the "final chapter" was released on September 6, 2024, and the second chapter on November 7, 2025.
