It has been announced that the NHK Educational TV information variety show for junior and senior high school students, "Numa Hama," will be broadcasting a special on the popular anime series "Gundam," titled "Numa Hama: Gundam Swamp," at 8:00 PM on November 29th.
Approximately 10,000 Gundam fans will be ranking their favorite scenes, music, and mobile suits (MS) and mobile armors (MA). Legendary voice actor Shuichi Ikeda, who plays Char Aznable, will make a special appearance as narrator.
"Mobile Suit Gundam SEED" chief mecha animation director Satoshi Shigeta and director Mitsuo Fukuda will also appear to send encouragement to teenagers. Guests include actor Kanata Hongo and comedian Osamu Wakai.
