The Jujutsu Kaisen movie, based on the popular manga by Gege Akutami (Shueisha), was released on November 7th as the Shibuya Incident Special Edition and Culling Game Advance Jujutsu Kaisen , and it has been revealed that the box office revenue exceeded 1.12 billion yen in 10 days. The movie has been a hit, with audience numbers exceeding 740,000.
Following the success of the film, it has been announced that " Jujutsu Kaisen THEATER," a dedicated screen for the film that has been open for two weeks only since its release at TOHO Cinemas Shibuya Screen 5 (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo), will be extended until November 27th. At "Jujutsu Kaisen THEATER," a total of 12 different seat covers featuring characters such as Satoru Gojo Yuji Itadori, Yuta Okkotsu , Ryomen Sukuna, Ryoumen Sukuna, and Zenin Naoya will be randomly installed as seat covers. The first season of the TV anime aired from October 2020 to March 2021, while the second season, "Kaigyoku/Gyokusetsu/ Shibuya Incident," aired from July to December 2023.
