The fifth episode of the drama series "Good Things and Bad Things" (NTV, Saturdays at 9pm), starring actors Mamiya Shotaro and Araki Yuko, aired on November 8th. Towards the end of the episode, a scene was depicted in which Takagi's (Mamiya) classmate "Chonmage" Hadachi (Mori Yusaku), also known as "Chopmage", interacts with an unidentified person on a message board on a social networking site, which sparked a buzz on social media.

In episode 5, Takagi, Koyama (Shintaro Morimoto), and Hatachi, the surviving members of the six targets of a serial murder case that hits classmates one after another, begin a strategy meeting in Takagi's garage. Among the former class 6-1 students, there is someone other than Sonoko (Araki) who holds a grudge against them... As they look at photos of their classmates, trying to think of someone, Hatachi says, "Huh? There's one more person who knows us." It's Otani (Akama Mariko), their homeroom teacher at the time, who is now the school principal.
Hoping that Otani might remember things that Takagi and the others have forgotten, the three of them visit their alma mater with Sonoko. As Koyama reminisces about the school building after a long time, Sonoko's painful past flashes back to her mind. Takagi's heart aches when he sees Sonoko like that, and on his way to the principal's office he witnesses his fourth-grader daughter, Kanon (Miyazaki Ririsa), fighting with a boy.
After hearing the story from Takagi and the others, Otani says that there had been no notable trouble in the former 6th grade class 1, and that he had no idea that Sonoko had been treated so badly. However, in the principal's office, Takagi and the others find a clue that only their yearbook is missing.
Later, Takagi and Sonoko visit their alma mater again to talk to Otani. Takagi and the others point out that only their yearbook is missing, and that the video of the students holding up their "pictures of their dreams for the future" was also missing from the time capsule, but Otani insists he knows nothing about it.
However, after Takagi and the others leave, Otani rewatches the video he had secretly kept of the students holding up their "pictures of their dreams for the future," and when he sees Sonoko in it, he bursts into tears and mutters, "I'm sorry..." He then calls someone and begs them to stop... and the story unfolds.
Afterwards, there is a scene where Hatachi opens a social networking site called "Welcome to Takasato Elementary School Forest!" and looks at the message board there. Finding a post from three days ago that read, "No one remembers this website or me," and "No one remembers me," Hatachi posts, "I remember, you're the professor, right?" Soon after, someone posts, "Maybe it's the topknot?" Surprised, Hatachi hurriedly closes his computer, but comments such as "As expected of the topknot," "Only the topknot," and "The only one from that group of seven who remembered me" continue to appear on the message board.
On social media, speculation over the identity of the "professor" has become heated. Comments such as "Wasn't there a kid whose dream was to become an entomologist?", "Is it an entomologist or a professor of Professor Oak?", "Based on the 151 types of Pokemon, is it Professor Oak and Imakuni the professor?", "Why were you so sure that no one remembered?", "The seventh "professor" is Kanon's (King's daughter) homeroom teacher", and "Maybe the professor is just one of the classmates who made the homepage with Chonmage, not the seventh?" have been posted.
