The fifth episode of the popular detective drama "Aibou Season 24" (TV Asahi, Wednesdays at 9 PM) titled "Showa 100" will air on November 12th. Reina Kurosaki, Masami Horiuchi, and Hiroshi Takahashi will make guest appearances.
The body of the secretary general of the prestigious university, Eimei University, is discovered, and a letter addressed to "Comrades of the 100th year of Showa" is found nearby. When Special Investigation Unit members Ukyo Sugishita (Yutaka Mizutani) and Kameyama Kaoru (Yasuhito Terawaki) begin their investigation, they discover a strange coincidence with the scene where the body was found in an unsolved murder case that occurred in 1926 (Showa 1). The signature on the letter in question also matches the name of the victim, who was the secretary to the president of Eimei University at the time.
Ukyo and Kaoru interview Wakamatsu Motonori (Takahashi), the president of Eimei University, but get no clues. They then interview Wakamatsu Reika (Kurosaki), a student who was acting suspiciously around the victim's desk, and she says she wants to cooperate with the investigation.
