Warren Cromartie, who played for the Yomiuri Giants in the 1980s as a foreign player, will appear on the variety show "Life-Changing One Minute Deep Talk: Revival 2-Hour Special" (Nippon TV), which will air at 7pm on November 5th. The show will be following Cromartie and his family closely for the first time on television, with the theme being "Are the families of celebrities really happy?"
Five years ago, Cromartie was forced to use a wheelchair due to an illness, but he continues to work hard to walk on his own two feet again. He says he is able to keep going because of the love of his family: his beloved wife and five-year-old son. Cromartie reveals the words his wife always says to him when he feels like giving up.
The show also takes a look behind the scenes of the popular anime "Soreike! Anpanman," the Niigata Prefectural Marine High School sumo club dormitory "Kani-ya Ryokan," which produced Yokozuna Onosato, and Natsumi Eto, wife of R-Shitei from the hip-hop unit "Creepy Nuts."
