The fourth episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama "The Royal Family" (Sunday 9pm), starring actor Satoshi Tsumabuki, aired on November 2nd, and it was revealed that the average viewership rating (according to Video Research, Kanto region, same below) was 9.0% for households and 5.5% for individuals. This was the first time that the household viewership rating did not reach double digits.
The drama is set in the world of horse racing and tells the story of a man and a racehorse over a 20-year period, where miracles are made possible through the bonds of family and friends. Tsumabuki plays tax accountant Eiji Kurisu, and the cast also includes Koichi Sato, Ren Meguro, and Wakana Matsumoto.
Episode 4 was titled "Make Your Debut." The story revolves around finding a jockey who can ride wild horses! The bond between father and son brings hope. Who is the mysterious man (Ren Meguro) who appears before the main character?
